It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsie Froscello (Uncasville, Connecticut), born in Norwich, Connecticut, who passed away on July 17, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Paul Delmonte. She is survived by: her parent Katherine Delmonte; her brother-in-law Paula Passarello; her niece Deirdra Osypuk; her nephew Steven P. Passarello; and also, Steven Passarello and Franklin.
