It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine D Monroe (Uncasville, Connecticut), who passed away on March 15, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Monroe; her siblings, Myrtle Milefski, Helen Medbury and Donald Shaw; her children, Connie Lanoue and Linda Ellal; and her grandchild Robert Chabotte (Angela Paradis).

She is survived by: her sister-in-law Marion Shaw; her children, Gail Ellal, Tammy Ellal and Tracey Monroe; her foster daughter Jessica Milefski; and her grandchildren, Walter Ellal (Laura), Robert Aubin Jr., Paul Aubin, Michael Monroe (Kelly), Jason Monroe (Carol) and Chrystal Ellal. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren and 13 great-great grandchildren.
