Edward J. Planeta Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edward J. Planeta of Uncasville, Connecticut, born in Rahway, New Jersey, who passed away on December 9, 2023 at the age of 87. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Edward J. Planeta to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Planeta and Mary Planeta (Gondar); and his brothers, Rudolph Planeta Jr. and Thomas Planeta. He is survived by: his children, Mary Fitzgerald (Thomas), Dorothy Fidrych (Paul), Jennifer Hunter (Richard), Edward Planeta Jr., Michael Planeta (Dana), Julia Salizzoni (John) and Catherine Campbell (Mark); and his sister Mary Ann Leckowicz. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren.
