With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dora Sivo Godere of Uncasville, Connecticut, who passed away on August 23, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Pasqual Sivo and Filomena Sivo; her husband John Godere of Taftville, CT; and her children, Margaret Fishkind of Wakefield, RI, Edward Godere of Berlin, MA, Linda Shaknaitis of South Kingston, RI, Donna Godere of Uncasville, CT, Sharon Whittaker of Salem, CT, Jean Vaill of Colchester, CT and Carol Dawley of Waterford, CT.. She was also cherished by 15 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
