He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Cyr and Hazel Cyr (Dow); his siblings, Daniel Cyr, Carlton Cyr and June Cyr; and his grandchildren, Patricia Watrous and Justin Shaffer.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine Cyr (Sharp) of Portsmouth; his daughters, Tammy Kemp (Stanley) of Pomfret Center, Pamela Stanton (Thomas) of Niantic and Lori; and his sister Betty Howlett (Ronald) of Clifton Springs, NY. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
