It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Virginia Rose Jessup of Trumbull, Connecticut, who passed away on April 23, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, August Stegmuller and Mildred Stegmuller; her husband Alvah; her sister Mildred Rowe; and her brother-in-law Deacon William Rowe.

She is survived by: her children, Virginia McNamara (Robert Baber), Alvah Jr. "Skip" (Michele), Laura Sojka (Richard) and Mary Granata (Robert); her grandchildren, Laura Holko (Paul), William McNamara (Krista), Katherine Jessup, Matthew Jessup (Caitlin), Jessica Sojka, William Sojka, Robert Granata Jr., John Granata, Kevin Granata and Joseph Granata; and her great grandchildren, Carter, Fiona, Kent, Collins, Josephine, Paul, Nathaniel, Mark and Savannah May. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
