She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Puskas (Blake) and John Puskas, Jr.. She is survived by: her spouse Jose M. Cruz of Trumbull; her children, Nelly Jean Claudio (William) of Bridgeport, Jose S. Cruz (Jennifer) of Trumbull and Christina Cruz; her grandchildren, Ezekiel Cruz, D. J., Evonna Claudio, Genesis, Michaela, Anaia Claudio and Mariahlynn Berrios; and her siblings, Sue and Jimmy. She is also survived by niece and nephew, several cousins and close friends.
