She was predeceased by: her father Richard D. Ray of Southbury, Connecticut.. She is survived by: her children, Andrew Richard Tellis and Thomas Joseph Tellis; her mother Barbara K. Ray; her former husband Matthew Tellis of Trumbull; her brother Steven; her sister-in-law Laura Ray; and her nieces, Kayla and Victoria Ray of Trumbull.
