He was predeceased by: his parents, Agostino Costantini and Filomena Fabrizi Costantini; his daughters, Lisa and Danielle Costantini; his brother Mario Costantini; and his daughter-in-law Ileana Costantini.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Gancorz Costantini; his children, Anthony Costantini (Stephanie) of Oxford, Sebastian Costantini of Oxford, Michael Costantini (Litsa) of Oxford, Joseph Costantini of Oxford and Angela Davis (Glenn); his siblings, Natalina Marini, Lina Paniccia, Costantino Costantini (Gus) and Antonello Costantini; and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Isabella, Elena, Gianna, Nina, Nico and Sebastian Jr.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl, Memphis, TN 38105.
