He is survived by: his wife Frances Dayton Bombero; his children, Debra Bombero, Susan Spath (Charles) and Ronald M. Bombero Jr.; his grandchildren, Charles Spath III, Stephanie Lengel (Aaron), Justin Spath, Jeremy Spath, Matt Jamison and Chloe Bombero; and his great grandchildren, Madison and Hailey Lengel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
