He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Pataky and Elizabeth Pataky; his wife Linda Pataky; and his grandsons, Justin and Steven Spray.
He is survived by: his daughters, Janet Spray, Carole Markland (Joe), Margaret Pataky and Kathy Pivarnik (Rick); his grandchildren, Alicia (Andrew), Alaina, Briana (Sylvester), R. J. (Silvia), Samantha and Daniel; his great grandchildren, Nathan and Priya; his sisters-in-law, Nancy, Christine and Rose; and his caregivers, Salma, Trevor, Paige, Daniela, Lili and Cayletha.
