He is survived by: his parent Virginia Fortunato Costanzo; his wife Janet; his children, Susan Fracker (James), Elizabeth O'Dea (William), Richard Costanzo (Cynthia) and Mark Costanzo; his grandchildren, Amanda Dempsey (Matthew), Christopher Fracker (Jennifer), Casey O'Dea (Nicole), Amie Marcello (Nick), Julie Fracker (John), Kellie O'Dea (Christian), Kate O'Dea, Ryan Costanzo and Kirsten Costanzo; his great grandchildren, Tyler Matthew and Jack Richard Dempsey; his brother Joseph; his sister-in-law Maureen; and his siblings, Ralph and Beverly Vancho.
