He was predeceased by: his parents, Seymour Emerman and Ruth Emerman. He is survived by: his sons, Scott (Amy Emerman), Michael (Dawn Emerman), Stuart (Michele Emerman) and David (Dawn Emerman); his grandchildren, Danny, Sam, Harrison, Annabelle and Anderson; the mother of his children Susan Emerman of Monroe, CT; his sister Suzanne; his brother-in-law David Landau; and his wife Susan Feinberg.
