He was predeceased by: his wife Christina DiBiaso; his parents, Mary Mastrianni and Pasquale Mastrianni; and his brothers, Guy Panelli and Joseph Mastroni.
He is survived by: his children, Rosemary Smalberg (Bob), Nick Mastroni (Gail), Louis Mastroni (Margaret), Tina Mastroni, Nancy Pannese (John) and Carol Webb (Ronald); and his grandchildren, James Mastroni, Nicole Denice (Sean), William Mastroni, Jenna (Matt), Jessica, Alexa Pannese and Riley Webb. He is also survived by two nieces and four nephews.
