He is survived by: his wife Clara Garofalo Ferrante; his children, Paul Ferrante (Maria) of Stratford, Richard Ferrante (Debra) of Old Saybrook and Carol Young (David) of Fairfield; and his grandchildren, Caroline McCabe (Sean), Nicholas Ferrante and Isabella Young.
