She is survived by: her children, Jane Higgins of Huntington, Robert Banas and David Banas; her daughter-in-law Elaine Banas of Hamden; her grandchildren, James (Heather), Katherine (Mark), Sarah (Craig), Mary, Nicholas, Matthew, Christopher, Laura and Andrew; her great grandchildren, Charles, Molly, Robert, Adelaide, Samantha and Sophia; and her sisters-in-law, Helen Banas and Marie Faustine. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
