She was predeceased by: her son William M. Kelly; and her sibling Shirley Sullivan (Gerald). She is survived by: her husband John H. "Jack" Kelly; and her children, John F, Jean M. Cusick, Kathleen Price and Patricia A. Kelly. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
