It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary C. Bongiovani of Trumbull, Connecticut, born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 15, 2025, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Bongiovani and Philomena DeSarro Bongiovani; her brothers, Anthony and Ralph Bongiovani; and her nephew Douglas Joseph Bongiovani.
She is survived by: her brother Frank Bongiovani (Agnes); her nieces, Nancy Bongiovani, Janice (Jim Randolph) and Dona Bongiovani Ditrio of Norwalk; and her close friends, Jackie Mickus and Irene Kuring. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lawncroft Cemetery (1740 Black Rock Tpke, Fairfield, CT 06825).
