He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Ramsey. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ramsey (Foley); his daughters, Meredith of Trumbull and Emily Ramsey of Trumbull; his mother Barbara Graeber of Arizona; and his siblings, Cathy Stuhlman of Texas, Lisa Lowrey (Joseph) of Missouri, Sabrina Hogan (Ron) of Louisiana, Stephanie Holmes (Doug) of Arizona and Derek Graeber of Arizona. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758516, Topeka, KS 66675.
