With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marie J. Mauritz of Trumbull, Connecticut, who passed away on March 6, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Rudolph J. Mauritz, Jr.; her parents, Edmund and Julia Leonowicz (Lubijewski); her brother John Laquessa; her brother-in-law Richard Mauritz; and her nephew Peter Mauritz.
She is survived by: her children, Rudolph J. Mauritz, III (Catherine), Marlene Spector (Dennis), Michele Mills (Bryan) and Julie Novak (Robert); her grandchildren, Rudy IV (Jennifer), Jaime, Justin (Sara), Nicholas, Andrew and Kyle; her great grandchildren, Elle, Amelie, Oliver and Eloise; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Ruben, Freyda and Lev; and her sisters-in-law, Nancy Mauritz and Marilyn Valente (Joseph). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
