She was predeceased by: her husband Vincent; her son Bruce; her siblings, Thomas Higgins (Kaye), Peggy Jordan (Steve) and Helen Keegan (John); and her brothers-in-law, Ben Cavaliere (Marge), Tony Cavaliere (Mel) and Louis Cavaliere.
She is survived by: her friend Meema; her children, Sharon Leichsenring (Hans) of Trumbull and Gregg Cavalier (Deborah) of Trumbull; her grandchild Ryan Leichsenring (Annie); her great grandchildren, Harper, Darcy of West Hartford, CT, Rebecca Leichsenring and Matthew Cavalier; her brother James Higgins (Mina) of Bridgeport; her siblings-in-law, Dorothy Cavaliere of Trumbull and Gerald Cavaliere; and her grandchildren, Becky and Matthew. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
