He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Richter and Virginia Richter. He is survived by: his siblings, Arlene Ross (Donald) of Fairfield, Jim Richter of Las Vegas, Judy Schmidt (Donald) of Trumbull and John Richter of Trumbull; and his pet Bozey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
