He was predeceased by: his father Dimitrios Matsikas. He is survived by: his mother Anthoula Pappa Matsikas; his wife Marianthi Bletsas Matsikas; his children, Anthoula Johnson (Omar Antonis), Taki Matsikas (Georgina), Ourania Gountas (George) and Apostoli Matsikas; his grandchildren, Maria, Michael, Thea, Kosta and Natalia; and his brothers, Alexandros Matsikas (Veta) and Ioannis Matsikas (Amalia). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
