He was predeceased by: his parent Louis Root. He is survived by: his spouse Vera Cocco; his parent Olga Fritz Root; his sister Denise Weston of Seymour; his nephew Robert Weston, Jr.; and also Manor. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews; as well as his canine companion.
