He is survived by: his wife Mary Grace Palmer (Cupo); his mother Eleanor Palmer (Marro) of Cedar City; his sons, Kenneth Palmer II (Cheynna) of Southbury, Michael Palmer of Derby, Robert Palmer of Trumbull and Mark Palmer of Trumbull; his siblings, Kirk Palmer (Carol) of Ansonia, Dawn Cornell Aragon (Pat) of Cedar City, UT and Sherry Miles (Tony) of Las Vegas, NV; and his pets, Kitty, Shmitty and Roo. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, a great nephew and cousins.
