She was predeceased by: her parents, William Groom and Marie Clark; and her sister Lin Hansen. She is survived by: her husband Frank J. Galante; her children, Jackie Galante of Trumbull, Frank Galante of Newtown, Michael Galante of New York City, Jim Galante (Sherry Lynn Burke) of Baltimore, MD and Christopher Galante of Trumbull; her brother William Groom of Wantagh, NY; and her granddaughters, Natalie and Gillian of Newtown. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
