It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Philip Nucera of Trumbull, Connecticut, born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, who passed away on August 8, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Beatrice Liptak Nucera; his parents, Saverio Nucera and Vera Tessitore Nucera; and his daughter Beatrice Ann. He is survived by: his children, Faith Sprow (Mark Sprow), Joseph David Nucera (Michele Nucera), Katherine Mary Nucera Berkun (Michael Berkun), Lily Rausa (Ben Rausa) and David Philip Nucera; his grandchildren, Caitlyn, Christopher, Jack, Elizabeth and Caroline; and his brothers, Jeffrie and Gerard Nucera (Sylvia). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
