He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Warren Oates. He is survived by: his wife Frances DeVincenzo Neglia; his sons, Joseph D. Neglia (Carolyn), Anthony Neglia (Helen) and Marc Neglia (Gini); his grandchildren, Salvatore, Anna, Rachel, Leah, Laura and Katherine; and his sisters, Florence Oates and Annette Neglia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
