He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Ann Legen (Koundry); his children, Joseph Michael Legen (Rebecca), Matthew David Legen (Catherine) and Rosemarie Legen; his sisters, Virginia Brennan, Rosemary Jankovsky (William) and Margaret Osborne (Kenneth); and his grandsons, Joseph John Legen and Charlie Craig Legen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
