He is survived by: his brother Bob; his wife Pat (Pekar); his children, Marjorie Wilson (Bruce), Sharon O'Sullivan (Mike), Joseph R. Figmic III, Richard Figmic (Adrienne) and John Figmic (Heather); his grandchildren, Clifford Wilson, Kaitlin Silver (Alan), Christopher Wilson (Nikki), Daniel O'Sullivan (Megan), Bridget Figmic, Taryn Figmic, Kevin O'Sullivan and Jack Figmic; his great grandchild Ruby Silver; and his sister-in-law Joyce Figmic. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
