He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard and Josephine Fraccascia (Rossi). He is survived by: his wife Connie Fraccascia (Lupariello) of Trumbull; his children, Charrise Fraccascia and Joseph L. Fraccascia; and his sister Rosemarie Laraway. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
