He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sembrot and Stella Sembrot (Falkowski). He is survived by: his wife Carol Sembrot (Lazarecki); his children, John Sembrot, Jr. (Diane) of Trumbull and Stefanie Sembrot of Shelton; his grandchildren, Cole, Lauren Sembrot, Elizabeth Barentine (Chris) and Julia DiBartolomeo; and his sisters, Barbara Chockey of Brewster, MA, Eleanor Baldyga of Easton and Jean Higgins of Shelton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
