He was predeceased by: his parents, John Slivka and Ann Povetz Slivka. He is survived by: his wife Barbro Olson Slivka; his daughters, Sharon Smoker of Malvern, PA, Cindy Butkus (John) of Trumbull, Diane VanDyk (Barry) of Ocean, NJ and Donna Douglass (Paul) of Trumbull; his grandchildren, Sonja, Tim, Sarah, David, Jennifer, John, Joshua, Jocelyn, Jacob, Andrew, Carissa, Wesley, Matthew and Peter; and his siblings, Nancy Slivka, William Slivka, Ron Slivka (Eve) and Rich Slivka (Terri). He is also survived by great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Memorial Fund at Christian Heritage School.
