It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Anderson (Trumbull, Connecticut), born in Jacksonville, Florida, who passed away on November 28, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Moreland and Maggie Moreland (Laidler); her children, Karen Anderson, Louis Anderson and Keith Anderson; and her siblings, Lucille Liburd, Luellen (Moreland) and George Moreland.

She is survived by: her children, Claude Monteiro, Wanda Tyler (Archie) and Lisa Monteiro.
