He is survived by: his close friend Jeanette Depew; his daughters, Kerry Sally, Melysa Smith and Rebbeca Dibble; his grandchildren, Mya McGarty, Kristi Fadden and Mark Fadden; his niece Kathleen Hurst (Eddie Hurst); and his brother John Smith.
