With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean Wojchik (Trumbull, Connecticut), who passed away on February 20, 2021 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jean Wojchik to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosario Bonitatibus and Gaetanina Monaco Bonitatibus; her former husband John Wojchik; her daughter Susan Wojchik; and her sisters, Carmella Nicosia, Violet Russo and Bianca Franchi.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lorraine Wojchik and Jean Wojchik-Zaleski (David Zaleski); her husband Daniel Forbotnick; and her great grandchildren, Maya Dias, Ava Dias and Daniel Forbotnick.
Face masks and social distancing will be required at all times.
