She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerret Gerretsen and Frieda Gerretsen (Feil); her brother John Gerretsen; and her grandson Matthew Waldek. She is survived by: her husband Erich Waldek; her sons, Paul (Katherine) of Trumbull, CT, Mark (Jodi) of Greenfield Center, NY, John (Anne) of Randolph, NJ and David (Jennifer) of Clifton Park, NY; her grandchildren, Emily (Aaron), Luke (Abby), Justin, Rachel, Rebekah, Kalvin (Emily), Stefanie, Christina, Robert, Zachary, Gregory and Kimberly; her great grandchildren, Grace and Evelyn; and her nephew Jon Gerretsen.
