We are sad to announce that on August 21, 2022, at the age of 95, Jan Grochowski (Trumbull, Connecticut) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Wladyslawa Grochowski and Stanislaw Grochowski. He is survived by: his wife Helena; his daughter Sabina Grochowski-Wyrwinski MD; and his son-in-law Peter Wyrwinski MD (Romana Carroll).

In lieu of flowers family requests that a memorial donation be made to Humane Society or local animal shelter.
