Though James may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Louise Betz, Sr. (Petrill); his wife Linda M. Betz (Denes); and his sister Linda Grella. He is survived by: his sons, Chad Betz (Cathy) of Milford and Justin Betz (Holly) of Shelton; his grandchildren, Jordan Betz and Anna Betz; and his brother George Betz Jr. (Sharon) of Milford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home (419 White Plains Rd, Trumbull, CT 06611). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Christ the King Church (4700 Madison Ave, Trumbull, CT 06611).
