It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James T. Cashavelly (Trumbull, Connecticut), born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, who passed away on December 3, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vasili Cashavelly and Sophie Ghianuly Cashavelly; and his sisters, Viola Altieri (Pat) and Stella Mary Cashavelly. He is survived by: his wife Sophie Fatsi Cashavelly; his children, Theodore Vasil Cashavelly, Kristine Cashavelly-D'Ambrosio (Christopher D'Ambrosio) and Elaine Cashavelly-Cichon; his grandchildren, Christopher Cichon (Sarah Cichon), Brittany Shelby, Olivia Salza (Nicholas Salza) and Alex D'Ambrosio; and his great grandchild Sophia Grace Dunkin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
