We bid farewell to James F. Burns (Trumbull, Connecticut), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 6, 2025 at the age of 93. James touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Burns and Catherine Burns; his wife Joan Burns; his sisters, Margaret Rea and Frances Coates; and his niece Deborah Coates.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Garamy (George), Nancy Piccirillo (Mark), James Burns (Grace), Robin Scermino (Larry) and Lynn Hughes (Garry); his grandchildren, Matthew, Christopher, Tyler, Austin, Alyssa, Mark, Paige, Kelli and Dane; and his great grandchildren, Tyler and Jordan.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home (419 White Plains Rd, Trumbull, CT 06611). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
