She was predeceased by: her parents, Antoni Czajkowski and Anna Kaczynska; and her siblings, Tadeusz Czajkowski and Teresa Ostrowska. She is survived by: her child Poland; her grandson Tomasz Falkowski; her husband Jozef Kaczynski; her children, Maria (Piotr Mol), Danuta (Roman Salek), Dariusz Kaczynski (Danuta Zielinska) and Boguslawa (Stephen Foldy); and her grandchildren, Emilia Falkowska (Andre Seibel), Daniel Salek, David Kaczynski, Pauline, Tyson Schulz, Natalie Kaczynski and Noe Seibel.
