She is survived by: her brother John Zahor; her children, Deborah Nelson (Lawrence), Laura Minese (David) and Henry John Zack, Jr.; her grandchildren, Katherine Bendin (Eric), Dr. Amanda Nelson (Calvin Johnson), Matthew Minese (Carissa Jett) and Emily Nelson; and her great grandchildren, Julia Bendin, Grant Minese and Jackson Bendin.
