He was predeceased by: his grandfather Joseph Moore; his great-grandparent Nicholas; and his cousins, Wayne Pack, Claire, Frank Torre, Thomas Carroll, Sr. and Jacob.

He is survived by: his parents, Christopher John Costa (Andrea Costa) of Shelton, CT and Jessica Kate Moore; his brothers, Joseph and Jaiden McCarthy of Knoxville; his grandparents, Thomas, Maureen Carroll and Marian Moore; his great-grandparent Evelyn; his aunts and uncles, Justin, Jonathan, Jenna, Raven and Thomas; and his significant other Julia Falaguerra. He is also survived by several great aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
