With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Herbert Bodington (Trumbull, Connecticut), born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, who passed away on January 9, 2020 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Herbert Bodington to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Bodington and Ella Bodington; his wife Arlene McCarthy Bodington; and his brother Fred Bodington. He is survived by: his sons, Scott (Barbara Bodington), Craig (Johanna Plaitis), Lane (Thomas Whitmoyer) and Drew (Martha Bodington); his grandchildren, Johanna, Caroline, James, Heather, Jeffrey, Joseph, Matthew, Caitlyn, Emily, Abigail, Connor, Maggie and Ross; and his great grandchildren, Melanie, Macie, Shane, Finnean and Mackenzie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Bodington Family Scholarship. Donations will be received by the Cyril F. Mullins Funeral Home.
