He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Stephen Zack and Veronica Zack; his brother Stephen Zack; his friend Ara Parseghian; his wife Jacqueline Zack; his children, Deborah Nelson (Lawrence), Laura Minese (David) and Henry John Zack, Jr.; and his grandchildren, Katherine Anne Bendin (Eric), Dr. Amanda Nelson (Calvin Johnson), Matthew Minese (Carissa Jett) and Emily Nelson.
