He was predeceased by: his wife Muriel Frankel; and his siblings, David Frankel, Joseph Frankel, Molly Miller and Grace Silverman.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Frankel of Naugatuck, Wendy Frankel of Fullerton, CA, Daniel (Debra Frankel) of Shelton, Terri (Jeff Levi) of Trumbull and Debbie (Charles Lipset) of Delray Beach, FL.; and his sisters, Rose Moidel and Helen Bankalter.
