She was predeceased by: her parents, Tokarshi Peer and Hirabai Khimji Peer (Mota); and her siblings, Devendra, Narendra Peer, Vasantbala Peer and Charulatta Patel.
She is survived by: her husband Hemraj Khona; her children, Dharmendra Khona (Yuki) of East Brunswick, NJ and Rita Opp (Brian) of Stratford; her grandchildren, Jatin Khona (Lindsay), Adam Opp, Arina Khona, Carli Opp, Mason Opp, Alayna Khona and Melanie Opp; her sisters, Nirmala Momaya of Trumbull and Jayshree Gala (Nayan) of Mumbai; and her sister-in-law Meeta Peer of Pune.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home (419 White Plains Rd, Trumbull, CT 06611). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
