Forte Jr. (Trumbull, Connecticut), born in Mount Vernon, New York, who passed away on June 4, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Frank Forte; and his siblings, Joseph, Ida and Lucy. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Crimley Forte; his parent Elvira Forte; his children, Frank J. Forte of Milford and Annmarie Forte Sliby; and his grandchildren, Corey Forte, Jenna Forte, Alexa-Nicole Sliby and Jiliana Sliby. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
