He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Kiley and Florence Kiley; and his siblings, Leonard, Lawrence Jr., James and Theresa Kalagan.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his daughter Lisa Marie; his grandfather Gerald Potkay Jr.; his grandchildren, Jennifer Williams and Gregory; his sister Anne Jordan of Derby; his grandson Frank; his grandfather Anthony; his great grandchildren, Santino, Valerie and Frankie; and his grandfather Izaiah Willard. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
